The Power of AI and Why it is the Secret Weapon Behind Your Business

I was not an early adopter, especially as a writer! I had a whole lot of questions, concerns and doubts. But I have learned to embrace it and I am writing this to encourage you to embrace it too! It has saved me so much time and energy, and provided clarity when I am stuck or the thoughts just swirl in my mind.

If you’re a midlife woman building a business and feeling behind with technology, please take a deep breath! I don’t want you to feel like have to do it all alone. I am here for you. Reach out. Get support and begin using a FEW tools (you don't need a lot) to help you move forward with confidence in your business.

Like anything, the more you use it, the better you will get at it and the more it will get to know you. Give yourself permission to just dive in and do it a little messy! The good news...there are so many plug and play options that make it so easy now.

What I have learned:

The AI tools we know as ChatGPT are called, Large Language Models (LLMs)

My favorites are:
ChatGPT
Claude
Perplexity (for research)

Others people use are:
-Grok (Elon Musk)
-DeepSeek (China based)
-Gemini (Google)
-Copilot (Microsoft)

I recommend using ONE platform primarily so it can get to know your voice (and it will)!
You have probably heard people talking about, creating and using their own PERSONAL GPT's. If you are a part of Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi's Mastermind world, it is something like GG. I kind of nerd out on this so I will skip that and keep it simple.

▪️It never talks back to you! It is always encouraging and supportive.
▪️It is always available.
▪️It has really great answers!
▪️It gathers data and infomration in seconds! What used to take HOURS to do, can now be done in literal seconds.
▪️It is better than Google! I no longer use Google. I describe my problem and get step by step instructions within seconds. If I am not clear, I just keep asking for more clarity! It saves me SO much time.

If you aren NOT using it...you WILL be left behind.

Here Are 3 Simple Ways AI Can Help You Start Growing Your Biz Today:

1. Begin Drafting Content in Seconds
Choose an AI platform, like ChatGPT (choose from above) to generate ideas, write captions, or outline blog posts with words you would use. Don't just take the first output. Make sure you use YOUR words. Say it the way you would say it! Over time, it learns your voice and tone. You add your personality and AI brings the structure.

2. Research a topic for a post, presentation, speech or podcast. To do this, give AI a job and a title. Be specific. SAY...

▪️"You are an expert in AI. I'm just getting started. What are 5 ways I can begin using you to help with (insert area: content creation, business strategy, time management, etc.)?"

▪️“You are a research expert. What are the top 5 struggles ________ (my audience/ideal client) face when it comes to_______(e.g., starting an online business, communicating, getting new clients, etc)?”

▪️"I’m struggling with (specific challenge). Can you help me brainstorm solutions or give me a step-by-step guide to overcome it?"

▪️“What questions does a________(type of person, new coach, etc.) typically ask about ________(problem you are solving)?”

▪️When writing a newsletter: "You are an amazing copywriter. Here is a rough draft for my newsletter. Can you please make sure the sentences flow and omit any typos. Thank you!"

3. Plan Your Week in 5 Minutes Flat
Not sure what to post? Ask AI to create a week’s worth of social content ideas based on your business, niche and target audience.

▪️"I want to grow on social media. What are the first 3 steps I should take to get started, and how can you help me with each one? Also, can you help me create 5 relevant post ideas or drafts for this week?"

📅 What used to take hours now takes me minutes so I can get back to doing what I love most

AI doesn’t take away your magic or personality if you use it strategically. It will help you gain clarity faster, use your voice, and be more efficient.
