I didn’t start out
believing I could do
this either.

I remember the day my first coach told me I should become a coach. I laughed out loud. I thought she was out of her mind.

I was coming out of one of the hardest seasons of my life, trying to figure out what was next and who I was after raising four kids. She saw something I couldn’t see yet: everything I had lived through, learned and overcome had prepared me to help someone else.

I did not believe her at first. Then I got curious enough to take courageous action. I wrote a book, launched a podcast, and built a business coaching midlife women.
